Special flower requests can be made, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Peonies will only be included at an additional charge. If you would like a Peony (or 5!) added to your arrangement, you must add the "Peony Add On" to your cart prior to check out!

Substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery and in-store pick up is available Monday through Saturday. For same day delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm.
If you select shipping, orders usually ship in 2-3 business days. Shipping is only available to the United States- no international shipping at this time. Shipping is for boutique items only, flowers cannot be shipped at this time.

Do you offer same day delivery?
A: Yes, we offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm.
Do you deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?
A: Yes, if you need a delivery to a hospital we'll need both the patient name AND their room number. For funeral homes make sure and provide the name of the deceased. There is a spot for "Delivery instructions" during checkout.
