Shipping policy

Freedom Floral is proud to offer local pickup, delivery, and nationwide shipping. Pick up and delivery orders will be fulfilled based on the customers selected pick up/delivery day and time. Shipping orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days (customer will be notified if the order is delayed beyond this timeline). Customers will be notified when their package ships and provided with a tracking number.

Any items ordered for shipping that are out of stock will be automatically refunded prior to the order being shipped. Customer will be notified of any refunded items via the email provided at checkout.
