Refund Policy
Upon receipt of your order, we begin work to ensure we can fulfill your order with the freshest blooms available. For this reason, we require 72 hour notice ahead of the pick up/delivery date to cancel a flower order. Cancellations are eligible for store credit only. Orders are eligible for a full refund if: they are canceled within 48 hours of order placement, and not within 72 hours of pick up/delivery time.
Non-Delivery:
If an order is placed and the recipient declines delivery for any reason, Freedom Floral will not issue a refund and will not be held responsible for the recipient’s choice. Any claims submitted that cannot be substantiated may be denied.
Customers who believe their order was not delivered must allow up to 48 hours for our team to complete an investigation. If delivery was attempted but no one was available at the provided address, Freedom Floral reserves the right to arrange a redelivery. If our investigation confirms that no delivery occurred, a full refund will be issued. Unverifiable claims may be rejected.
If our delivery driver is unable to locate or access the address provided, they will attempt to contact the customer and recipient via phone and text. If access remains unavailable after 15 minutes, the order will be returned to our design studio. Our customer service team will then offer the following options:
- Redelivery: Available for an additional fee; redelivery will be scheduled only upon receipt of payment.
- Free In-Store Pick Up: Orders must be picked up within 48 hours. After 48 hours the order will be considered forfeit.
- If there is no response to our contact attempts within 2 days, the order will be considered forfeit.
Please note that fresh flower arrangements typically have a vase life of 5–7 days, counted from the original scheduled delivery date. Any delays in receipt could result in a reduced lifespan.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, inaccurate gate codes, or other errors provided by the customer, redelivery may be arranged for the following day at an additional cost. If redelivery is not arranged within 48 hours, the order will be considered forfeit.
If your flower pickup is missed, we will hold your order in-store for 48 hours. After this period, the order will be considered forfeit. Please note: fresh flower arrangements typically have a vase life of 5–7 days, counted from the original scheduled pickup date. Orders collected after this date could have a reduced lifespan.
Flower Quality
Once flowers leave our shop premises or delivery vehicle, Freedom Floral LLC is not responsible for any damage resulting from mishandling, transit conditions, weather, or similar factors. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases, we will gladly replace the arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be issued after this period, or for damage caused by improper care by the recipient.
Flower Substitutions
Freedom Floral reserves the right to make substitutions if the flowers received are not of a quality suitable for your order. In such cases, we will preserve the intended color palette and use flowers of equal value. While we make every effort to honor requests for specific colors, varieties, sizes, and quantities, all fresh floral materials are subject to natural conditions and seasonal availability.
Boutique Items
We offer exchanges or refunds for full-priced items purchased online or in store, provided they are returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include the original receipt and packaging. Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Workshops & Events
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may request a full refund by contacting orders@freedomfloral.com within 48 hours of ticket purchase. For cancellations made more than 48 hours after purchase, please contact us to discuss available options. Our policy reflects the limited availability and nature of workshop and event tickets.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are eligible for store credit equal to the full ticket value or for rescheduling to another workshop of equal or lesser value.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled workshop are eligible for store credit equal to 50% of the ticket value, which may be applied toward a future workshop.
Cancellations made on the day of the workshop, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for store credit or refund.
