A| A Designer's Choice arrangement is when the floral designer hand selects the color scheme, the floral varieties, the style, and the container based on current bloom availability and creates a unique arrangement just for you! Shop Designers Choice.

A| Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is often necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence.

A|  Freedom Floral delivers flowers to a 25 mile radius from our shop. If your delivery falls outside our normal range you will not be able to place the order for delivery online. Call the shop directly for out of area deliveries. If we are unable to do the delivery we'll connect you with a shop we trust that can. 

A| When placing your flower order for a Funeral Service please provide us with the name of the deceased, the name of the funeral home, date & time of viewing. Shop Sympathy Arrangements

A| When placing your flower order for a patient at a hospital provide us with the name of the patient and room number also please be sure the patient is not being released and can receive flowers. Send Flowers to a Hospital

A| Please call us to cancel or make changes to orders at (713) 637-4477. Orders that are already out for delivery cannot be canceled or refunded.


A| Yes! We have a variety of options for gift wrapping, some free and some at an additional cost. Whichever option you choose, you will be able to walk out of FF with a unique and beautifully packaged gift!

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. We will be happy to accept returns up to 30 days with original receipt for a full refund. Beyond 90 days we will accept returns for store credit.

A| Flowers and plants are only available for local delivery or pick up, but all of our boutique items can be shipped anywhere in the US. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
